Echocardiography Technician Cardiac Sonographer

Echocardiography Technicians, or sometimes referred to as Cardiac Sonographers, use ultrasound machines to obtain recordings of the heart. Using sound waves they are able to detect certain abnormalities of the heart.

This Program Includes:

• Hands-on training with state-of-the-art equipment
• Cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
• Ultrasound physics
• Instrumentation
• 2-Dimensional and M-mode echocardiography
• Ability to detect and evaluate various forms of heart diseases

Classes will meet one day per week from 9:00am to 4:00pm
